PURPOSE: An article taking/undertaking system and method thereof which uses a smart box are provided to remove the danger of interception by storing the delivered product in a smart box. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(110) is connected to a household device(200) and performs communication with a collection control signal. One or more storage units(120) stores the arbitrary product. A detector detects whether the product is kept in the storage unit. A controller transmits the collection control signal through the communication unit. An authenticated collector collects the product in the smart box.
