PURPOSE: An easily height adjustable manhole structure and the construction method thereof are provided to use the existing manhole body and the manhole cover as they are and to increase the height of the manhole body and the manhole cover, and to adjust the surface of a manhole cover at the same height as the surface of the bottom at pavement work for a road surface. CONSTITUTION: An easily height adjustable manhole structure(100) contains: a manhole body(110) connected with the upper part of a slab and provided with a hollow(113), an opening(111) and a hanging projection(112); a cover portion(120) settled on the top of the manhole body and composed of a projected insertion portion(124) inserted and settled to the hanging projection of the manhole body and a body portion(125) settled to the top of the manhole body and provided with a hanging projection(122); and a manhole cover(160) settled to the hanging projection of the cover portion.
