PURPOSE: A heating wire insertion device for a heater tube is provided to insert a heating wire in a heater tube smoothly regardless of the length of the heater tube by using a compressor as well as a motor pump. CONSTITUTION: A heating wire insertion device for a heater tube comprises a motor pump(10), an extension tube(20), an insertion tube(30), a compressed air guide tube(40), and a compressor(50). The extension tube is connected to the outlet side of the motor pump. The insertion tube is connected to the extension tube and formed with a first connection part to which an end of a heater pipe is connected. A finishing cap is fixed to the insertion tube to deliver the pumping force of the motor pump to the first connection part. The compressed air guide tube is arranged inside the insertion tube and inserted in a through hole formed in the finishing cap. A heating wire is inserted in the compressed air guide tube. The compressor is connected to an end of the compressed air guide tube to provide compressed air to the compressed air guide tube.
