The system has a frame (2) including pipe-lateral surfaces (6) with pipes (4), and a plate (3) inserted in the frame, where upper side (7) of the plate is arranged opposite to a lower side (8) of the pipe. The upper and lower sides of the plate are connected by lateral faces (9) that include contours, which are laid against to the pipes and correspond to the pipe-lateral surfaces. The contours include a recess i.e. circular shaped recess that is arranged between an upper elevation and a lower elevation. The plate is pivoted around a longitudinal axis of the pipes.
