PURPOSE: A filtering facility using tide differences is provided to naturally circulate seawater in the closed sea by arranging several pipes with perforated holes on the entire bottom side of the closed sea. CONSTITUTION: In a filtering facility, a blocking wall(11) is formed in order to secure the artificial closed sea at the beach. Several pipes(14) with perforated holes are arranged on the entire bottom side of the closed sea. Seawater is supplied and filtered through the perforated holes. The pipes are fixed to an inlet pipe(16) which is integrated with a supplying pipe(17) and passes through the blocking wall. A separating outlet pipe(20) is formed at the upper side of the filtering facility.
