摘要 <p>The sensor (30) has an evaluation unit for evaluating recorded scattered light signals of particles (9) to determine speed profile of the particles over a channel cross section. Two double columns (35, 36) are attached at two opposite positions (31, 32) of a channel wall (34) that surrounds flow areas (39). Light sources (42, 43) are attached to the double columns, respectively and exhibit different light waves (37, 38) for illuminating the columns. Two overlapped interference strip systems (40, 41) are formed in the flow areas with opposite gradients of strip distances.</p>
