PURPOSE: A producing method of chicken leg bar is provided to easily insert a bamboo skewer into the bone of a chicken leg using the elasticity of the bamboo skewer. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of chicken leg bar comprises the following steps: removing foreign materials from a meat slice of chicken selected from the areas around tibia, femur, humerus, or ulna, and washing the meat slice; preparing a bamboo skewer with screw threads on the outer circumferences, having the diameter of 4~6mm and the length of 100~200mm; rotating the bamboo skewer to insert the skewer into the meat slice; punching the bone inside the meat slice using a drill blade, inserting a pipe for removing the bone marrow, and removing the pipe; and inserting the bamboo skewer into cartilage inside the meat slice. |
