PURPOSE: A gas separating film and a coating method for the same are provided to improve the efficiency of a gas separating operation and eliminating defects on the surface of the separating film by uniformly forming a coating layer on the surface of the separating film. CONSTITUTION: A coating method for a gas separating film includes the following: A coating solution, which includes 2-components type silicon elastomer and room temperature curable 1-component type silicon, is coated on the surface of the separating film. A heating process is followed at temperature between 50 and 80 degrees Celsius to cure a coating layer. The silicon elastomer and the silicon are mixed with the weight ratio or the volume ratio of 1:1.
