PURPOSE: A hand shaking correction method is provided to quickly take a photograph of a desired image by reducing a shutter lag. CONSTITUTION: A digital camera is performs an auto coarse exposure function when the digital camera is in stable state(S402,S403). The digital camera performs auto coarse focus function(S404). If a first condition of the digital camera is larger than a first threshold value, a control unit determines whether an image stabilization is needed or not(S405). If the image stabilization conditions is satisfied, the digital camera converts into the OIS ON=1 state(S406,S408).
