PURPOSE: A fixing device of a multistage pole is provided to separate a connection pipe by pressing an operation portion of the fixing device. CONSTITUTION: A fixing device of a multistage pole comprises: two or more connection pipes(110) which are detachably connected to each other in a line; an insertion pipe(120) in which a stopper supported by an elastic member is perpendicularly projected from the insertion end part to the outside; a connection line(130) which penetrates the insertion pipe and connection pipes and in which one end thereof is fixed to the insertion pipe and the other end thereof is fixed to the connection pipe; and a fixing unit which selectively fixes the stopper of the insertion pipe.
