PURPOSE: A concrete level leading frame-cum-placing scaffold is provided to offer the standard height to secure the optimum concrete placing height, and to improve work efficiency by securing working space without deformation of a reinforcing bar. CONSTITUTION: A concrete level leading frame-cum-placing scaffold(10) includes a vertical support(12) forming the contour, and plural horizontal supports(14) arranged at regular intervals on the inside of the vertical support to support the vertical support.
