PURPOSE: A fermented beverage using lonicera japonica, and a producing method thereof are provided to use filamentous fungi, yeast, lactobacillus, and purified water for producing the fermented beverage. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a fermented beverage using lonicera japonica comprises the following steps: washing and drying stems or leaves of the lonicera japonica, and cutting and crushing to obtain lonicera japonica powder; mixing the lonicera japonica powder, black sugar aspergillus niger, saccharomyces cerevisiase, leuconostoc mesenteroides, and purified water, and fermenting the mixture for 2~4days at 25~35deg C; sterilizing the fermented liquid at 100deg C for 5~15minutes, and filtering; and mixing the filtered liquid with oligosaccharide and honey.
