摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring the absolute vibration of a portable shaft using the vibration of a casing and the relative vibration of a shaft is provided to measure the absolute vibration of a shaft by obtaining the absolute vibration of a casing. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring the absolute vibration of a portable shaft using the vibration of a casing and the relative vibration of a shaft comprises a velocity sensor(10), a static adapter(20), a sliding adapter(30), a non-contact displacement sensor(40), a vibration converter(50), and a vibration analyzer(60). The velocity sensor is installed in a magnetic holder(12) installed in a casing(11). The velocity sensor measures a vibration velocity and outputs the vibration velocity signal. The static adapter is vertically positioned next to the magnetic holder. The sliding adapter is slidably installed in the static adapter. The non-contact displacement sensor is installed to be contiguous to a rotary shaft(42) and measures the relative vibration of the rotary shaft. The vibration converter converts displacement measured from the non-contact displacement sensor into a vibration signal. The vibration analyzer is connected to the vibration signal converter and computes the relative vibration waveform of the shaft.
