PURPOSE: A method for measuring the difference between intracellular and extracellular hemoglobin is provided to quickly and simply measure a hemoglobin difference. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring the difference between intracellular and extracellular hemoglobin comprises: a step of irradiating light to a whole blood sample and detecting the temperature of erythrocytes(S34,S35); a step of comparing the detected temperature with a sample temperature; and a step of calculating the difference between the intracellular and extracellular hemoglobin(S36).
