PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable communication terminal, in which a portable communication terminal application displays additional information, such as charging condition, the internal information of a terminal independent from the original information of application displayed on a communication terminal on a real-time basis by a common interface. SOLUTION: When a user operates an operation part 8 and starts voice call, a sub area displaying task 13 is started together with starting of the terminal application 11. The task 13 acquires display data generation information and display data composing information from voice call application which has started from the task 13. When the display data generation information and the display data composing information are acquired, reference area information, a reference period and the number of pieces of reference information are extracted, display element data such as 'call time', 'call fee', recorded by an application monitor for monitoring the operation of the voice speaking application is obtained and display data is outputted on a display part B 10.
