An active connection is formed between a drive shaft (6) and a main transmission shaft (30) or a transmission output shaft (36). The transmissions (2, 3) and a range transmission (4) are provided such that an upstream, two-gear splitter group, multi-gear main group are made as countershaft transmissions with counter-shafts (8, 9).
