<p>PURPOSE: An organic/inorganic composite board producing composition using an acrylic polymer and a geopolymer, and an organic/inorganic composite board are provided to improve the dimensional stability, the hardness, and the lightness of the composite board. CONSTITUTION: An organic/inorganic composite board producing composition contains 100parts of geopolymer by weight and 5~50parts of acrylic polymer by weight. The geopolymer is selected from the group consisting of slag micro-powder, fly ash, paper sludge ash, silica fume, kaolin based minerals, calcium silicate based minerals, calcium aluminate based minerals, plasticized and crushed clay, and oil shale ash. The organic/inorganic composite board producing composition uses an alkali activator as a binder.</p> |
