PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display device and manufacturing method thereof are provided to have a scattering layer including silicon particles formed by a chemical vapor deposition method at room temperature, thereby increasing light efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(200) is arranged on a substrate(100). An organic light emitting layer(300) is formed n the first electrode. A second electrode(400) is arranged on the organic light emitting layer. A buffer layer is arranged on the second electrode. A scattering layer(700) is arranged on the buffer layer.
