TRANSPORT CHANNEL ENCODER WITH PARALLEL STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A transport channel encoder having a parallel structure reducing encoding processing delay time is provided to reduce delay time among code blocks and delay time of a code block encoding itself by improving a parallel structure. CONSTITUTION: An error correcting code appending part(100) appends an error correcting code to a transport block. A code block separation and error correcting code appending part(110) separates the transport block by the unit of a code block. A parallel processor(120) outputs code blocks in parallel. A plurality of encoding units(130) encodes the code blocks. A plurality of sub block interleaving parts(140) interleave the code blocks. A plurality of rate matching parts(150) perform rate matching by receiving the code blocks one by one. A code block connecting part(160) outputs single data by connecting the code blocks, outputted by the rate matching parts, to one another.
