PURPOSE: A dish washer and their control method are provided to supply exact amount of the cleaning water used in the next process based on the corrected flow rate decision standard. CONSTITUTION: The dish washer includes a flow sensing part(80), a heating portion(20), a temperature sensing part(72), a memory unit(71), a controller(70). The flow sensing part senses the flow rate to provide the amount of cleaning water required from the specific step. The heating portion heats the provided cleaning water. The temperature sensing part senses the temperature of the heated cleaning water. The memory unit in advance stores the temperature change information according to the amount of the cleaning water. The controller compares the temperature change information of the cleaning water detected in the temperature sensing part with the temperature change information saved in the memory unit. The controller decides the amount of washing water supplied actually.
