PURPOSE: A position change device, a bath tub and mattress in one, and a patient bed are provided to easily change the position of a patient who has an inconvenience to behavior through a mechanical unit. CONSTITUTION: A position change device comprises: a fluid filling type or elastic material filling type mattress(M-1) which is installed on a ground plane accomplishing a right and left straight line; a coupling member for coupling a pair of mattresses; and a lifting device(P-2) which forms an incident angle in the central line where the coupled mattresses meet and is settled on the contact plane of the mattresses.
