PURPOSE: A membrane biosensor in which porous film is attached is provided to control the pore side of the porous film and sensitivity of the biosensor. CONSTITUTION: A membrane biosensor has a porous film(11) having plural pores, which is attached on a membrane. A receptor is fixed on the membrane(1). An assembly pad is formed on the porous film. The receptor is an antibody, antigen, enzyme, peptide, protein, DNA, RNA, PNA, or aptamer. The membrane is nitrocellulose membrane. A sample used in the membrane biosensor contains an assembly of a substance which is selectively conjugated to an analyte and a signal generating substance. The signal generating substance is metal nanoparticle, quantum dot nanoparticles, magnetic nanoaprticle, enzyme, enzyme substrate, light absorbing material, fluorescence material, or light emitting material. |
