PURPOSE: A vessel capable of controlling dynamic position is provided to dynamically control a posture so as to remove a ballast tank and prevent environmental contamination due to exhaustion of ballast water. CONSTITUTION: A vessel capable of controlling dynamic position comprises a wing(110), a pivoted screw(120), and an angle adjustment driver. The wing is located in the lower part of the vessel and projected to the lateral direction. The wing has upward or downward floating force according to the flow of the seawater. The pivoted screw generates thrust to the wing. The angle adjustment driver is installed in a hull and adjusts a receiving angle of the wing.
