<p>PURPOSE: A composite board producing composition using a wood fiber and a geopolymer, and a composite board using thereof are provided to secure the lightness of a gypsum board by mixing the wood fiber and the geopolymer in the optimum rate. CONSTITUTION: A composite board producing composition contains 100parts of geopolymer by weight and 1~40parts of wood fiber by weight. The geopolymer is selected from the group consisting of slag micro-powder, fly ash, paper sludge ash, silica fume, kaolin based minerals, calcium silicate minerals, calcium aluminate based minerals, plasticized and crushed clay, and oil shale ash. The wood fiber is a wooden material capable of crushing. A composite board produced by the composition uses an alkali activator as a binder.</p> |
