PURPOSE: A dispenser device is provided to enable a user to wash his or her hands with a small amount of water and without using requiring washing facilities during outdoor activity. CONSTITUTION: A dispenser device includes a compressing unit(100), a spraying unit(200), and a mounting unit(300). The compressing unit injects air into a water container(500). The compressing unit includes a lower air compressing chamber(110), a middle air compressing chamber(120), an upper air compressing chamber(130), and a handle(140). The middle air compressing chamber transfers the air inside the lower air compressing chamber into the water container through the mounting unit. The spraying unit sprays water inside the water container to the outside by compressing the air by the compressing unit.
