PURPOSE: A rack for a microwave oven is provided to quickly and evenly cook food in a microwave oven by additionally heating the underside of the food placed on the rack. CONSTITUTION: A rack for a microwave oven comprises a base(110) on which food is placed, a supporting part(120) supporting the base, and a heating unit which is embedded in the base and heated by high frequency waves. The base contains a material letting high frequency waves pass through and a material having heat resistance.
