LIQUID LENS AND THEREOF SCANNER SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A liquid lens and a scanner system using the same are provided to widely use the incidence point of light inputted to a lens by using a semicircular cylinder structure. CONSTITUTION: A groove for guiding light is formed on the lower side of a planar support unit(300). An external thin film of a lens is deposited on the opposite side to the groove. A convex cover is formed in the center of the planar support unit. Fluid for the lens is filled in the cover. A support structure(320) supports the liquid lens on the upper side of the external thin film.
