PURPOSE: A non-reducing dielectric ceramic composition for low temperature co-fired ceramics is provided to enable low temperature sintering by mixing glass frit having a network structure into a main component. CONSTITUTION: A non-reducing dielectric ceramic composition for low temperature co-fired ceramics includes: 87~97 wt% of a base component based on (Ca_xSr_(1-x))(Zr_yTi_(1-y))O_3; 1~10 wt% of a first additional component consisting of glass frit having a network structure; 1~5 wt% of a second additional component consisting of Ni2Ta2O7; and 0~3 wt% of a third additional component consisting of MoO3, V2O5 and MnO3.
