PURPOSE: An intermediate shaft of a steering device for a vehicle is provided to reduce the quantity of components, work processes, and disposal costs by minimally contracting inner and outer members. CONSTITUTION: An intermediate shaft of a steering device for a vehicle comprises an outer member(310), an inner member(320), and a dust cover(330). The outer member is connected to a steering shaft or a gear box. The inner member is inserted into the outer member and has a coupling groove. The dust cover is coupled to the outer surface of the inner and outer members and has a coupling rib coupled to the coupling groove of the inner member.
