PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet excellent in surface hardness, antistaining properties, scratch resistance, three-dimensional processability and the like. SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing the decorative sheet by forming a cured resin layer on a thermoplastic resin base material sheet and subsequently applying heating and embossing treatment to the cured resin layer from the surface thereof to apply an embossed shape to the surface of the cured resin layer, organic lubricating fine particles, which are not melted at the temperature at the time of heating and embossing treatment, are added to the cured resin layer.
