<p>The present invention relates to phosphate free liquid detergent compositions. The invention provides a method for production of liquid detergent compositions, wherein the hydrogenated castor oil crystallises on cooling from a premix of warm non-aqueous organic solvent to form a dendritic structure. In addition, the invention provides a liquid detergent composition obtainable by this method comprising hydrogenated castor oil and encapsulated perfume.</p>
