PURPOSE: An integrated order payment system using an internet reader phone, a method thereof, and recording medium recording the same are provided to transmit product advertisement to a subscriber of the internet phone by having a dummy reader device which can perform a function of a credit card reader to an internet phone. CONSTITUTION: An internet phone which a dummy reader is mounted transceives advertisements applied to an interactive advertisement server(130) through an IP(Internet Protocol) network. The internet reader phone transmits transaction request messages of clients which purchases products of advertisers to a VAN(Value Added Network) server(150). The internet reader phone performs a card charge settlement of the purchased products by receiving the transaction informing message. The VAN server transmits the transaction approval request message to a card company servers(160) of the clients.
