The device (10) has two plug connector parts (12, 14) firmly connected with printed circuit boards (PCB). Contact areas (16) are arranged in a housing (30) and accessible from outside. The PCBs are arranged in the housing and movable relative to the housing to exhibit mobility in the housing. The PCBs are connected with each other by electrical lines i.e. flat cables, where relative mobility of one of the PCBs to the other PCB is attenuated and/or unrestricted by the electrical lines.
