PURPOSE: A mobile terminal and email service providing method thereof are provided to minimize power consumption and to minimize unnecessary connection between a mobile terminal and an email server. CONSTITUTION: A position information module(115) obtains the current position of a mobile terminal. A controller(180) controls the activation of a push email function based on position information that is transmitted from the position information module. A memory(160) stores position information database for managing position information in an activation mode. |
