PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and manufacturing method thereof are provided to form an interval unit between a pixel definition film and a pixel electrode, thereby increasing the film uniformity of a middle layer arranged on a pixel electrode. CONSTITUTION: A buffer layer(51) is formed on a substrate(50). An active layer(52) of a fixed pattern is formed on the buffer layer. A pixel electrode(161) is formed on a planarized film(59). A pixel definition film(160) is separated from an edge of the pixel electrode. An organic layer(162) including a light emitting layer is formed on the pixel electrode.
