CONSTITUTION: A first layer(103) includes composite materials on a first electrode(102). A second layer(104) includes materials which has a lot of hole transport layers. The second layer is formed on the first layer. A third layer(105) includes highly luminous materials. The third layer is formed on the second layer. A fourth layer(106) includes materials which has a lot of hole transport layers. The fourth layer is formed on the third layer. A second electrode(107) is formed on the fourth layer.
