A PANEL GAP ADJUSTING DEVICE FOR LASER WELDING

PURPOSE: A panel gap adjusting device for laser welding is provided to prevent laser welding failure using a laser optic head by applying proper pressure on welding objects. CONSTITUTION: A panel gap adjusting device(10) for laser welding comprises a guide pipe(11) which is formed in a hollow circular shape and axially connected to an optic head(5), a roller housing(15) which has a top insertion hole and is inserted and vertically guided in the guide pipe, pressure rollers(27) which are respectively installed on both lower sides of the roller housing and roll on a welded part of a welding object to apply pressure, and a compression spring(33) which is fitted to the guide pipe and applies elastic pressure to the roller housing.
