PURPOSE: A pattern form for construction and a forming method of a construction pattern using the same are provided to enlarge a formed pattern, to have a cubic effect, to make detailed description possible, and to prevent the damage of a pattern when removing a pattern form from a hardened structure. CONSTITUTION: A pattern form for construction(100) includes: a structure formation frame(120) housing a structure formation material; a flexible frame(110) having an intaglio and a relief corresponding to a pattern and abutting on the structure formation material directly to form a pattern on a wall of a structure(10); and a solid frame(130) supporting the flexible frame to prevent the flexible frame from being transformed by pressure added by the structure formation material supplied and having an intaglio and a relief identically to the flexible frame.
