PURPOSE: A hypertext providing method is provided to display related information by predicting the information by linking the link to the information expected to a search of a user. CONSTITUTION: IF a text is provided, the provided text is preprocessed(S201). An anchor text candidate is extracted from the processed text(S203). The relevance ratio of a vocabulary which is included in the anchor text is calculated(S205). By using relevance ratio, ranking, which context information is reflected, is calculated(S207). Based on the ranking, a hyper text system providing a hyper text function to the provided text is set(S209).
