PURPOSE: An abutment of a dental implant is provided to enhance workability and to prevent discoloration thereof from occurring after a surgical operation. CONSTITUTION: An abutment of a dental implant comprises: a connection support(1210) in which the lower part thereof is inserted into the gum and is combined with a fixture(1100) and the top thereof is projected from the outside; and a connection cover(1220) which adhere closely to and is combined with the top of the connection support in order to cover the top of the connection support. On the top of the connection support, a protrusion is projected in the columnar direction and is formed in a cyclic shape.
