PURPOSE: An elastic waterproof paint composition is provided to improve water resistance using a waterproof binder in which CM-23, CM-51, and CM-60 are mixed in a constant ratio and to prevent moisture from impregnating a building. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing an elastic waterproof paint composition comprises the steps of: (i) mixing CM-23, CM-51, and CM-60 which include a polymer material of chemical formula 1; and (ii) mixing 4~10 weight% of pigment, 6~12 weight% of anion generator, and 0.3~2 weight% of antimicrobial agent. The CM-23 comprises 45~55 weight% of the polymer material and 45~55 weight% of H2O. The CM-51 comprises 35~45 weight% of the polymer material and 55~65 weight% of H2O. The CM-60 comprises 28~35 weight% of the polymer material and 65~72 weight% of H2O. |
