SLIDER WITH FLEXIBLE HINGE BLOCK

PURPOSE: A slider with a flexible hinge block is provided to minimize the horizontal error of an LM guide by the elastic power of a hinge block, thereby preventing the product cycle of the LM block from being shortened. CONSTITUTION: A linear motor cover(23) is attached to the central part of a slider in a length direction. A linear motor(22) is mounted on the linear motor cover. An LM block(21) is installed in the right side and the left side of the linear motor cover. A flexible hinge block(50) is installed in the lower part of the LM block. The flexible hinge block is mounted in a hinge block mounting unit(61) formed on a slider(14).
