PURPOSE: A piston of brake system of vehicle and manufacturing method thereof is provided to improve the durability of a piston and to reduce the cracks and pores by reducing the residual gas during a casting process of a piston. CONSTITUTION: A piston manufacturing method is as follows. Material is shaped to be a tablet(S10). The tablet is preheated by high frequency(S20). The tablet is inserted in the mold. The compression and releasing processes are repeated more than twice in order to manufacture molded products(S30). The molded products are heat-treated(S40). The molded products are processed to be a piston shape(S50).
