PURPOSE: A system of monitoring work environment and method thereof are provided to establish a reliable wireless network and control a location of a mobile node in real time by arranging a mobile node in a danger area. CONSTITUTION: A working environment data collector(11) collects working environment data including user body state information and working environment information about a working environment of a user. A communication unit(13) performs a communication with a mobile node installed in a danger area and transmits the working environment data to the mobile node. If a distance from the nearest mobile node is over a limit distance, a mobile node installation notification unit(15) notifies an addition installation of the mobile node.
