PURPOSE: A fixing apparatus of a transparent soundproof wall is provided to fix a transparent glass soundproof panel having the function of a soundproof wall to a post stably. CONSTITUTION: A fixing apparatus(10) of a transparent soundproof wall contains: a connecting piece(11) having a flat contact surface at one side and a connection at the other side; a fixing piece(12) having a contact surface opposite to the flat contact surface of the connecting piece; a spacer(112) spacing out the connecting piece and the fixing piece; a coupling bolt(13) having one end housed in the connection and the other end extended in the direction of a post; and a fixing nut(14) coupled to the coupling bolt and fixed to a post(P).
