PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet member with liquid crystals which can suppress a deterioration in the exhibition of intrinsic properties in liquid crystals layer containing a cholesteric liquid-crystal component, keep discriminability good and forging hard, and reduce manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: In the sheet member 10 with a liquid crystal, a resin layer 14 is arranged on the front face side of a base material sheet 11 via an adhesive layer 13 and a plurality of liquid crystal layers 15 containing the liquid crystal component comprising the cholesteric phase are separatedly arranged on the front face side of the resin layer.
