The converter (1) has a direct current intermediate circuit (2) formed from a plate-shaped board (4) and a power module (3) formed from a printed circuit board (6). The plate-shaped board and the printed circuit board are directly arranged one above the other in parallel planes and are electrically and mechanically interconnected by surface-mounted soldering pins (10a, 10b). The soldering pins extend through receiving holes of the plate-shaped board. The printed circuit board is designed as an insulated metal substrate printed circuit board, which is equipped with power semiconductors (7). |
