PURPOSE: A low noise type plastic intercooler pipe with a multi-layered structure is provided to maximize noise absorbing and insulating effects by using a multi-layered structure of a noise absorbing and insulating core layer and a skin layer. CONSTITUTION: A low noise type plastic intercooler pipe with a multi-layered structure comprises a skin layer and a noise absorbing and insulating core layer. The skin layer contains Thermoplastic Ether Esther Elastomer. The noise absorbing and insulating core layer contains Thermoplastic Ether Esther Elastomer, glass bubbles, and heat resistance stabilizer.
