PURPOSE: A poly-silicon filament taper grinder is provided to reduce manufacturing costs and facilitate maintenance and repair. CONSTITUTION: A rotator(102) is rotates in a body(101) by a rotating device. A grinding tool(104) is rotated by a spindle motor(107). The spindle motor is combined with a panel(115) which is coupled with the front of the rotator. One or both sides of the spindle motor are connected to a protruded support of a link(110). A dummy tool(105) is eccentric in the same distance in an opposite direction to the grinding tool around a rotating shaft. |
