PURPOSE: A composition containing herb extract for improving scalp and hair is provided to relieve scalp itchness and irritation and to repair damaged hair. CONSTITUTION: A composition for improving scalp and hair condition contains 0.001-50 weight% of Juglans Regia extract as an active ingredient. The composition further contains 0.001-50 weight% of Ginkgo biloba, Paeonia Lactiflora, and Pinus Sylvestris extract in a nanoliposome. The composition contains the Juglans Regia extract using a nanoliposome.
